The challenge
Cafés, salons, clinics and gyms live on their Google rating, yet satisfied customers rarely think to leave a review — while unhappy ones often go straight to a public one-star. By the time the owner hears about a problem, it's already on their profile.
What we built
A QR code on the table or counter opens a branded rating page — no app, no sign-up. Four- and five-star ratings are sent to the business's Google review form; one to three stars open a private feedback form so the owner can put things right first. A dashboard tracks scans, ratings and how many become Google reviews.
